The item is unused and in its original condition
It’s returned in the original packaging
You provide valid proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Personal care products once opened
Custom or personalized items
Items damaged through misuse or negligence
Please note that refusing delivery of an item does not automatically qualify for a refund. All refunds are subject to our merchant refund and delivery policies.

To initiate a return, simply:
Email us at return@gadgetlifeshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
If your return is approved:
A full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

We recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately for faster processing.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gadgetlifeshop.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or full refund.
